• A clear description/reference must be provided before work begins
• Work will begin after payment or deposit is received
• Progress updates may be shared at key stages

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin
• Full payment is required before final delivery
• Prices vary depending on complexity and scope

• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase
• Major changes after approval may require additional fees

• Completion time varies depending on the project
• Delays may occur due to workload or complexity, but communication will be maintained

• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed
• Commercial rights must be purchased separately

• If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded
• If the artist cancels, a partial or full refund will be issued

• The artist retains full copyright to the artwork
• The artist may display the work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials
